Fees & Payments
No. There is no application or registration fee to be paid in order to submit an application.
No. There is no renewal, annual or subscription fee to be paid.
The cost for assessment fee is S$ 2,009.96 (inclusive of 9% GST).
The assessment fee is payable only for shortlisted entrants. Only shortlisted entrants will progress to the judging and assessment stage.
The assessment fee is used to defray ATC's cost in review and assessment of the application. This includes desktop assessments, rework assessments and/or site visits.
Payment can be made directly through your BizPortal account. You may access your billing page through "My Billings" and select your preferred payment mode.
Pre-submission of Application
We do not commission any third parties to act on behalf and/or to perform consultation service(s) for applicants.
To assist applicants in the provision of supporting documents, ATC has introduced a series of automated assisted functions which is available through your BizPortal account upon successful submission of application. You may consolidate the referencing document(s) and submit it directly through your BizPortal account.
In the event where you require further assistance, please contact our Community Office at 6304 3145 for assistance. An officer will be assigned to assist you throughout your application journey.
No. You do not need to be a member to apply for the award.
No. Your business is not required to have a BizPortal account to submit an application. If you are new to ATC, a BizPortal account will be created automatically upon successful submission of your application.
If you currently have a BizPortal account, you can skip the form filling process as information will be auto-populated from your account information.
No. There no sub-categories that award winners are classified in. Regardless of grading / judging scores obtained, award winners are categorised as winners of the Cyber Security Excellence Award.
Yes, you can! Past award winners and nominees are strongly encouraged to participate in the current year's award again. This will enable recipients to understand their competitive position through concluded assessments.
Upon Submission of Application
No further action(s) are required.
As you have submitted your application, the assessment unit will verify whether have you met the qualifying requirements to proceed with your application under the Cyber Security Excellence Award.
You will be notified within fourteen (14) working days. You will be notified via email and SMS.
We regret to inform that appeal(s) are not permitted.
There are many factors that your application has not been shortlisted. It is advisable to relook into your cyber security processes, standards and/or certifications. You may try to submit an application in the following year.
Entrants that are Shortlisted
Congratulations on your application being shortlisted! You can now proceed to pay the applicable assessment fee S$ 2,009.96 (inclusive of 9% GST) through your BizPortal account.
You will also be required to complete the Assessment Questionnaire and submit the required supporting documents to commence judging and assessment process for your application.
- Completed Assessment Questionnaire (available through BizPortal).
- Documents outlining implemented cybersecurity measures implemented.
- Documents on how the organisation monitor and manage its cyber securities.
- Policies or similar documents outlining how the organisation react to cyberattack(s).
- Certificate of Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust mark
or
Documentation proof from appointed certification body demonstrating that participant is undergoing Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust mark certification. - Organisational chart
- Latest two years financial report (upon request)
No. A site visit or interview session will be raised by your assigned assessment officer if your application requires further clarification(s) or additional information / documents are required.
Information, materials and supporting documents are kept strictly private and confidential and will only be used by the Association of Trade and Commerce (ATC), Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), assessment and judging panel, sponsors and respective affiliates under the Cyber Security Excellence Award.
The judging and assessment process takes approximately 42 working days.
You may check your application's status by logging in to your BizPortal account. Alternatively, you may contact our Community Office at 6304 3145 or email accreditation@atc.sg for assistance.
A rework order may have been raised because of supporting document(s) that may not have met the assessment standards. In such circumstances, you are provided with a rework order to resubmit the relating document(s) for re-assessment. A site visit / interview may also be called upon by the assessment officer to understand and review your cyber security measures and/or business processes.
Shortlisted entrants are provided with a maximum of two (02) rework orders. If you have failed your rework assessment on the second submission, your application will be rejected.
A rework order may have been raised because of supporting document(s) that may not have met the assessment standards. You will be notified of your assessment result through email and SMS. Your assessment results will also be available through your BizPortal account.
Post Assessments
Congratulations! With your application's approval, this indicates that you have passed the judging and assessment stage and has obtained an overall grade that is above the minimal passing percentile to be awarded Cyber Security Excellence Award.
As a Cyber Security Excellence Award Winner, you will be invited to the awards presentation ceremony to receive your award trophy. The awards presentation ceremony will be held 4Q of the year. You will receive an invitation thirty (30) days prior to the event through email and SMS.
No. Award winners of the Cyber Security Excellence Award are provided complimentary access to the awards presentation ceremony.
We will release the list of award winners forty-five (45) days after the awards presentation ceremony. The results will be released through ATC's website (under Cyber Security Excellence Award Winners) and ATC's Social Media pages.
No. The assessment results are final and binding. It is strongly recommended for you to review your internal and external policies and/or practices before submitting an application.
