Judging & Assessment Components

This section defines the judging and assessment components that shortlisted entrants are assessed upon. The assessment areas comprises of 03 segments that the entrant will be evaluated upon, namely:-

  • Business Excellence and Performance
  • Cyber Security Frameworks
  • Cyber Security Risk Management
  • Leadership and Corporate Management

Shortlisted entrants will be assessed and graded in accordance to:-

  1. Cyber security policies and measures that are implemented
  2. Cyber security measures monitoring and assessments
  3. Cyber security readiness
  4. Effectiveness of cyber security policies and measures
  5. Budget allocation of cyber security
  6. Training of workforce to be equipped with cyber security knowledge
  7. Promotion of the business's cyber security vision
  8. Cyber security knowledge transfer
  9. Leadership and commitment in cyber security

Shortlisted entrants will be provided with the Assessment Questionnaire (accessible through the BizPortal when the entrant has been shortlisted) which is to be completed and uploaded.

Apart from completing the Assessment Questionnaire, the shortlisted entrant will be required to provide the following supporting documents (a checklist will be provided):-

  • A summary or accompanying documents outlining how cyber security measures are implement.
  • A summary or accompanying documents on how the business monitor and manage its cyber securities.
  • A summary and/or similar documents outlining how the business reacts to cyberattack(s).
  • Certificate of Cyber Essentials or Cyber Trust mark or
    Documentation proof from the appointed certification body demonstrating that the business is undergoing Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust mark certification.
  • Organisational chart.
  • Latest two years financial report (upon request).

Important Note:
Submission of Assessment Questionnaire and supporting documents are to be uploaded through the entrant's BizPortal account. The assessment unit do not accept any form of document submission through email.


Assessment Fee
An assessment fee of S$ 2,009.96 (inclusive of 9% GST) is applicable for shortlisted entrants.
The assessment fee shall be made payable within five (05) days from the date where the entrant has been notified of their shortlisted application.

The assessment fee is used to defray ATC's cost in review and assessment of the application. This includes desktop assessments, rework assessments and/or site visits.
