ABOUT BIZCHAMP INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE

BizChamp International College was set up with initial objectives to help adult learners (mainly those with financial constraints) achieve their academic goals so that they can seek better work opportunities by continuously upgrading themselves through education in Singapore. This key objective can only be achieved with a team who are willing to grow the business together.

Presently, we have a staff strength of 11 comprising of Academic and non-Academic staff and we project to increase to 35 by 2025.

There are multitudes of products or services in the education sector and our prospects are constantly faced with lots of different institutes to choose from. To truly differentiate ourselves is vital to our success.

As such, we have positioned BizChamp as the go-to college for adult learners who are looking for quality and certified courses, with a personal touch.

Our Mission statement is “To teach and equip BizChamp students to navigate the path from current state to their future career with confidence, honor and competency”.

Our Vision statement is “To become one of the most prominent business schools in the South-East Asia”.

The mission statement serves as a reminder to us that we should continuously equip our adult learners with demonstrated competencies while instilling confidence and honor.

We believe that it is important to continuously challenge and gradually setting higher targets to see ourselves as business champions with a cause, to step out of our comfort zone, and strive to be business champions in Singapore and subsequently Southeast Asia.

Our main target audience are both Singaporeans and work pass holders currently working in Singapore looking to upgrade themselves.

BizChamp adopts a Person-centred approach when we serve our adult learners. This means looking at and beyond the classroom to provide utmost care and support to them.

To date, we have more than 1500 adult learners who signed up for our courses since 2018. We aim to achieve another 4000 more by 2025.

Another notable achievement is that in our last Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) license which was awarded to us by the Committee for Private Education (CPE) for the period of 27 August 2020 to 26 August 2024. A license awarded for a period of 4 years is very rare in this sector as the usual period is generally 1-2 years.

This is an acknowledgement and encouragement to our team that BizChamp can meet the high-quality industry standards. It is both an assurance to adult learners who are considering registering for our courses, as well as to potential employers who are hiring our adult learners.
More importantly, we have a built a very close-knit team working together to support one another as we continue to grow our business. This is an achievement for us.

Despite the global pandemic situation faced, our team was able to double our revenue. I would attribute our success to my group of passionate and highly committed team members who embody a growth mindset and have the tenacity, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing market demands.

Optimism and strong communication between team members also helped to make things work better.

Also, a supportive group of adult learners who truly believe in us and what we do, and who have benefitted from our courses. I am appreciative that they are continually advocating for us.
