EGN Singapore is the primary Southeast Asian chapter of a global network of business leaders with a shared ambition of making each other better – every day.

The network comprises peer groups, which are essentially interest groups. The peer groups are expertly curated to ensure that each member has no business competitors within the group; and that the group has the right mix of people to ensure that executives can comfortably meet and interact with like-minded peers. Within the peer group, members can openly share their challenges and find the support they need to overcome their challenges, and to grow their business. By being within a group of like-minded peers, the network also helps executives overcome the very real affliction of, ‘it’s lonely at the top’.

EGN Singapore represents a growing community of 600 senior executives, business owners and experts. Each member is given access to the EGN Members Universe, which connects 14,000 members globally and features a query function, in-app messaging, virtual EGN groups and a major e-book library with approximately 200 resources. EGN also offers corporate memberships to enterprises that wish to upskill their key employees, and to let them gain access to informal advisory boards.

EGN runs more than 180 facilitated meetings and events in Singapore per annum for business leaders to participate in. All peer groups are facilitated by experienced and continuously-trained EGN Chairs, who themselves have deep domain expertise to share with the interest group. EGN also makes it possible for members to switch to another peer group that better matches their career challenges, should a members’ needs change. Events and seminars are conducted to help members engage, learn and grow within and across the established peer network.

A group as rich in expertise as EGN has, naturally lends itself to being rich in thought leadership insights, so EGN often polls it’s membership to determine the latest trends in business and industry and builds resources, including e-books, learning tools, articles, and member best practices among others.
