Career advancement / progression track

At ATC, we provide individuals with differentiated career opportunities for you to grow through hands on approach within our local business community.

While your initial placement will be based on your initial grade that is determined by your educational performance and work experiences, you may progress to higher-level positions and specialisation based on your ability and performance.

Your progression will be based on your performance and abilities which will be assessed by ATC every quarter. We strongly encourage our officers to explore different job functions, and you may apply to take on different functions through available postings in the staffs' portal.

2. Follow up by assigned manpower officer

If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by an assigned officer to understand more about you and your expertise. You may be required to complete a set of assessments and attend interview session(s) with the management.

Selected candidates will be notified of their employment application within fourteen (14) days.

3. Welcome to ATC!

At this stage, you have accepted your employment offer and we are excited for your to embark your career with us! You will be informed of your employment details (eg: reporting office) through email. You may also contacted your assigned officer to if you have any enquiries.
